k" KLEINFELDER <br /> File No. 20-2182-24 <br /> February 20, 1990 <br /> REPORT <br /> GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION <br /> PROPOSED LEE ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> In this report are presented the results of a geotechnical <br /> investigation performed for the proposed Lee Estates subdivision <br /> to be located east of White Lane and south of Highway 88 in San <br /> Joaquin County, California. A plot plan and vicinity map showing <br /> the approximate location of the proposed subdivision are presented <br /> on Plate I of this report. <br /> PLANNED CONSTRUCTION <br /> We understand that the proposed subdivision will contain 9 lots <br /> surrounding 2 cul-de-sacs, totaling approximately 21-1/2 acres . <br /> We have assumed construction will consist of 1- and 2-story wood- <br /> frame structures with relatively light loads anticipated. Each lot <br /> will contain a storm-water retention basin and individual septic <br /> system. Additional details of the planned construction are not <br /> known to our firm at this time. <br /> PURPOSES AND SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION <br /> The purposes of our geotechnical investigation have been to explore <br /> and evaluate the surface and subsurface soil conditions at the <br /> proposed subdivision site and to provide recommendations for use <br /> in design.
