The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 34 feet NGVD. <br /> Newby Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approach, if constructed in Newby Road, shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards,R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit. r <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development.
