Connection to an approved public water supply <br /> system is required . A letter from the water <br /> supplier will be required stating that they have <br /> the capacity to serve the development and that the <br /> system meets State standards prior to recording <br /> the final map. <br /> 2 . Show on the final improvement plans a sewage <br /> disposal area for each lot of 12 , 000 sq. ft , with <br /> a note that, seepage pits are required, <br /> 3 . Place a note on the final map that "A dual sewage <br /> disposal system will be required to be installed <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division, within the designated disposal <br /> area, at the time of development .
