We understand that before
septic systems can be considered, the county must receive information to satisfy the
requirements of Item C of Section 9-10100 of chapter 2, Division 10 entitled "Sewage
Disposal" . A response to each item is presented below:
Item C-1 and C-4:
The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed development on septic tanks
within and around the area (C-1) . The history of past uses in the project area to
assess potential problems (C-4) :
Reference is made to Plate I showing the location of the project. Currently
very few homes exist close to the site. The site is mostly surrounded by
land in agricultural use. On January 30, 1990 our firm contacted Mr. Jim
Sturman and Mr. Ron Sparologh. Mr. Sterman is a developer and has owned
property near the Acampo Village project for approximately 5 years.
