DC-92-3 . <br /> The District has the following comments and <br /> recommendations: <br /> 1. San Joaquin County's air quality relative to National <br /> and State Ambient Air Quality Standards has been <br /> designated as a non-attainment area by the California Air <br /> Resources Board as follows: <br /> PM-10 Non-attainment <br /> CO Non-attainment (for Stockton <br /> Metropolitan Statistical Area only) <br /> Ozone Non-attainment <br /> The California Clean Air Act, AB 2595, requires counties <br /> which are designated non-attainment to achieve a 546 <br /> annual reduction in emissions until the standards are <br /> met. <br /> 2 . Emissions generated during the construction process <br /> are of concern to the District.
