(Use Type: Communication Services-Type ll) <br /> The project site is located on the west side of Wisconsin Avenue, 91 feet north of Euclid <br /> Avenue, in Stockton <br /> The property has a General Plan designation of R/L (Low Density Residential) and is <br /> zoned R-L (Low Density Residential). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and offers the <br /> following comments.- <br /> Setbacks <br /> omments:Setbacks <br /> The proposed telecommunication tower and all related equipment must meet the <br /> minimum required setbacks for the Low Density Residential zone. Princeton Avenue is <br /> a road on paper therefore it is treated as a road until it is abandoned and dedicated to <br /> the surrounding parcels. The front and street side yard setbacks are 20 feet each, the <br /> side setback is 5 feet, and the rear setback is 15 feet. The submitted site plan does not <br /> show that the project meets the minimum street side yard setback of 20 feet. The <br /> required setbacks are to be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The application has been tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on <br /> February 5, 2009. The Community Development Department has reviewed Use Permit <br /> application No. PA-0800250 and will be recommending that the Planning Commission <br /> approve the application subject to the following conditions of approval: <br /> Use Permit Application No. PA-0800250 was approved by the Planning Commission <br /> on.
