Williams Way, Ripon <br />The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br />pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br />modified. <br />A. No excavations are permitted into the ground water table without specific approval from the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (California Water Code, <br />Chapter 4, Article 3, Section 13240). <br />B. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any watercourse or in any way <br />contribute to the pollution thereof (California Water Code, Section 13376). <br />
