The site consists of approximately 20 acres and is p <br /> rectangular in shape. A vicinity map its presented on Drawing No. <br /> f 1 • _ �� <br /> . The facility consists of office buildings, a warehouse <br /> v i <br /> complex, _and service garage, all centrally located on the <br /> k <br /> property. These structures are surrounded by parking and <br /> 4 <br /> I - storage areas . This investigation i5 concentrated in an area t <br /> located along the east end of the property. It is the former <br /> site where a 10, 000 gallon underground transformer oil storage <br /> tank and appurtenant equipment were located. This area is shown f <br /> 4 <br /> on Drawing No. 2 . <br /> 2 .2 Project History: Plans and specifications for the <br /> removal and closure of the 10, 000 gal Ion underground waste oil k <br /> storage tank were developed by our ifirm in cooperation with <br /> f <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric Company.
