Drawing <br /> No . 1 is a site plan showing the general layout of the facility. <br /> 'r. At the time of our field investigation , a 10 , 000 gallon , <br /> single-walled steel transformer oil tank was located on the <br /> eastern edge of the facility inside the transformer storage area . <br /> M <br /> The transformer storage area was covered with baserock. A large ; <br /> number of transformers were stored throughout this area . A pump <br /> { assembly box , used to remove oil from the transformers , was <br /> located approximately .20 feet northeast of the transformer oil" <br /> storage tank . The oil removed from the transformers is pumped. <br /> 1 <br /> x <br /> } into a concrete lined sump located approximately 7 feet north of <br /> the transformer oil storage tank . The oil is then gravity fed <br /> from the concrete lined sump into the transformer oil storage <br /> 444aaa tank .
