Workplan Addendum for Sod Excavation <br /> PG&E's Stockton Service Center <br /> Project No W4801 00 <br /> Page 3 <br /> I <br /> i <br /> Soil samples will be transported under chain-of-custody to a Sequoia Analytical Laboratory of <br /> Redwood City, for analysis of total petroleum hydrocarbons as transformer oil and PCB's <br /> utilizing EPA methods modified 8015 and 8080, respectively Soil sample collection and <br /> transport will be performed in accordance with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plan <br /> provided in Attachment 3 (Workplan for Soil Excavation, dated November 4, 1992) <br /> Report Preparation <br /> Following completion of field activities and receipt of laboratory analyses, results will be <br /> summarized in a technical report The report will include a discussion of site history, local <br /> hydrogeologic setting, field activities, and laboratory results <br /> Potential Further Work <br /> If analytical data indicate that residual petroleum hydrocarbons are present in the soil further <br /> excavation will be conducted and additional confirmation samples will be collected All <br /> additional work will be conducted in accordance with methodologies outlined in this workplan <br /> addendum and RESNA's Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan San Joaquin County Public <br /> .
