CHRONOLOGY <br /> PG &E at 4040 WEST LANE, STOCKTON <br /> 11/20/00 Dual wall fiberglass piping from dual wall diesel and unleaded <br /> gasoline USTs removed. Soil samples beneath dispensers and <br /> piping were collected. <br /> 12/01/00 Environmental Health Division (EHD) rehceived the preliminary soil <br /> sample results. Contamination was confirmed beneath dispensers <br /> 2 and 3. A Prop 65 form was completed. <br /> 12/05/00 Unauthorized release form completed. <br /> 12/11/00 Date of work plan for excavation of soil beneath dispensers 2 & 3. <br /> i <br /> 12/18/00 Excavation of contaminated soil beneath dispensers 2 & 3. <br /> 04/11/01 Date of report on Excavation, Sampling','and Disposal of Soil.
