Health Officer <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor • Stockton, CA 95202 �' C)" i <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> k <br /> I <br /> December 14, 2000 <br /> r <br /> S <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> i <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an INTERIM CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN for soil <br /> contamination from the underground storage tank systems (USTs) located at 4040 <br /> West Lane, Stockton has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD). The plan is a proposal to <br /> excavate the soil that has been contaminated from unauthorized releases from the <br /> piping/dispensers which were located on the property. <br /> €€ <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with f <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation pian is available for public review at PHSIEHD, 304 E. Weber Avenue, <br /> Stockton during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Final PHSIEHD <br /> approval for the plan is scheduled'for December 18'M 2000. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site concerns or procetlures should be directed to <br /> Margaret Lagorio, Supervising REHS, at (209) 468-3449 or sent in writing to her at 304 <br /> E.
