The plan is a proposal to <br /> excavate the soil that has been contaminated from unauthorized releases from the <br /> piping/dispensers which were located on the property. <br /> €€ <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with f <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation pian is available for public review at PHSIEHD, 304 E.
