Two soil samples were E <br /> collected beneath the piping at 4 and 4=.5 feet below surface grade <br /> (bsg)• <br /> 10/24/03 Soil samples were collected beneath the unleaded and diesel <br /> j dispensers of the underground storage tanks (UST) prior to <br /> installation of under dispenser containment.: <br /> 3 <br /> 10/29/03 An unauthorized release report was made because there was 1.5 <br /> mg/kg of MTBE in the soil sample beneath the unleaded dispenser, <br /> 140 mg/kg TPH-diesel in the soil sample beneath the diesel <br /> dispenser, and .0079 mg/kg PCE in the soil sample beneath the <br />' waste oil UST piping. <br /> j <br /> 11/21/03 The site was placed in the Local Oversight Program and directed to <br /> investigate the extent of the contamination. <br /> i <br /> 03/31/04 Three geoprobe borings were placed (one near the waste oil"piping, <br /> one near the unleaded dispenser and one near the diesel <br /> dispenser) and soil samples were collected at 5, 7 and 9 feet bsg. <br /> 05/04/04 Soil Report of work performed in March 2004.
