The check�should contain the following reference <br /> j information: WELL PERMIT APPLICATION - PG&E STOCKTON SERVICEICENTER (ATTENTION: MARGARET <br /> LAGORIO}. <br /> Thank you for approving the PG&E TES Workplan dated 1/30/2004 in your 2/26/2004 letter to Bob Gray conditional upon <br /> an additional Geoprobe near the waste oil tank piping and PCE analysis of soil samples. The total number of proposed <br /> Geoprobes is now 3.
