QUICKTRONIC Ballasts. These products fall underthe <br /> definition of"Arficles" by the United States Occupational Safety and Health <br /> Administration. Within the Hazard Communications Standard... <br /> Articles are exempt from the requirement of publishing MSDSs. Title 29 of the Code of <br /> Federal Regulations, Section 1910.1200 (1910.1200(b)(6)(v)), specifically states that it <br /> does not apply to articles.
