Non Hazardous Waste Solid ( Soil/ Rock) @ 3500 pounds <br /> b. Non Hazardous Waste Solid ( Non PCB Ballasts) @ 200 pounds <br /> Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Submit a <br /> statement and supporting documentation explaining how the hazardous waste determination was done <br /> by October 20, 2014. <br /> NOTES: <br /> 1. One 55-gallon drum of used antifreeze did not have the hazardous properties listed on the drum. The <br /> operator added the "toxic" property to the label during the inspection. <br /> 2. There were 2 x 55 gallon black drums of"oily debris" hazardous waste at one workplace accumulation <br /> (satellite) area. Workplace accumulation is limited to 55 gallons per waste stream. The operator placed <br /> one of the drums in the 90 day storage area during the inspection. <br /> 3. The oil filter drum was labeled "used oil filters" with an accumulation start date. The operator added <br /> the statement "drained oil filters" to the label. <br /> 4. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by October 20, 2014. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Fatinah Zareefj <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
