CA 93760-0001 <br />209/442-0909 <br />In compliance with Section 25505(c) of the California State Health and Safety Code, <br />PG&E has reviewed its Facility Environmental Emergency Plan for the Stockton Service <br />Center and made the necessary changes. This document has been prepared in compliance <br />with planning requirements outlined in SARA, Title M, AB2185, AB3777, and California <br />Administrative Code, Titles 19 and 22. <br />We have recently contacted a member of your staff who has confirmed that you will <br />continue to provide services in the event of an environmental emergency at this facility, as <br />was agreed in past years. Enclosed is an updated plan for 1993 which is issued to all <br />agencies agreeing to provide response service. Please replace your 1992 plan with this <br />copy.
