SA-91-23 <br /> DRAFT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> 34-04 The frontage improvements for ^C shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a ^C <br /> foot right-of-way street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution <br /> by the owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvements <br /> Agreement, prior to the approval of the ^C. (A $250. 00 <br /> fee is required per Ordinance No. 3337 in addition to a <br /> copy of the Grant Deed and an engineer ' s estimate with <br /> a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by <br /> the Public Works Department) . <br /> 11-03 Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 11-05 State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designated for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines. (FOR ALL BUILDINGS) <br /> 102-01 Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 102-04 If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br />
