Wilson Way <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. The disposal system proposed is <br /> designed for a maximum of 85 employees. <br /> 2400 Gallons of septic tank <br /> 300 feet of leach line <br /> (3) 48 inch seepage pits <br /> b. All sinks and drains within the laboratories shall drain to a <br /> separate collection system which consist of an above ground <br /> tank with secondary containment. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. Show a 100% <br /> expansion sewage disposal area. Include on the improvement <br /> plane the laboratory drainage system desciption which is <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. The proposed above ground holding tank for the laboratories <br /> waste can not be located over the proposed sewage disposal <br /> system or in the expansion area. <br /> e. Restrooms are to be posted with signs that read "not for <br /> disposal of laboratory waste" . <br /> d.
