Small temporary construction <br /> dewatering projects are projects that discharge groundwater to land from <br /> excavation activities or dewatering of underground utility vaults. Join the local Coalition Group <br /> that supports land owners with the implementation of the Irrigated Lands <br /> Regulatory Program. The Coalition Group conducts water quality monitoring <br /> and reporting to the Central Valley Water Board on behalf of its <br /> growers. The Coalition Groups charge an annual membership fee, which <br /> varies by Coalition Group.
