If an underground storage tank (UST) system is installed, a permit is required to be <br /> submitted to, and approved by,the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD) before any UST installation work can begin. Additionally, an EHD permit to operate <br /> the UST is required once the UST system is installed <br /> h. If 1,320 gallons or more of petroleum is to be stored aboveground then a Spill Prevention <br /> Countermeasurses and Control (SPCC) is required. If any amount of petroleum is to be <br /> stored in a below grade vault, an SPCC plan is required. <br /> 4. LINDEN-PETERS FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. <br /> Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Spark arresters shall be installed on all motorized equipment used on this site. <br /> b. Two fire extinguishers shall be provided on all motorized equipment used on this site as <br /> follows: <br /> (1). One dry chemical type (minimum rating of 2013:C) <br /> (2). One pressurized water type (minimum 2 gallons) <br /> C. A minimum 30-foo-wide clear fire break shall be maintained around the entire property, <br /> excluding any green and living landscape. <br /> 5. CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The applicant shall comply with Public Resource Code 4428 of the California Forest and <br /> Fire Laws. <br /> 6. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Application shall be made to the San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District for the <br /> necessary air pollution permits, in compliance with the District's rule and regulations. <br /> b. The applicant shall notify the District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. <br /> C. Emissions generated during the construction process are of concern to the District.
