INTERPRETATION OF SAN JOAQUIN USE PERMIT NO. 93-79 <br /> In 1993 , the Board of Supervisors approved Use Permit No. <br /> 93-09 for an open air mall subject to conditions of approval . <br /> The landowner has applied for an amendment to the <br /> Development title Table 9-505. 2 , Uses in Industrial Zone, to <br /> allow outdoor entertainment in the I-L zone. The purpose of this <br /> reeuest is to confirm that the existing use permit includes the <br /> right to provide outdoor entertainment at the Open Air Mall, <br /> subject to certain notifications requirements to public safety <br /> agencies . The landowner intends to provide occasional outdoor <br /> entertainment, such as bands, with a separate admission. In <br /> reviewing this matter, the Board of Supervisors make the <br /> following findings and interpretations of Use Permit No. 93-09 : <br /> 1 . In anmrovina Use Permit No. 93-09, the Board of <br /> Supervisors approved an open air mall and related uses. One of <br /> these uses is occasional live entertainment subject to a separate <br /> admission; <br /> 2 . In instances where the landowner intends to provide live <br /> entertainment subject to a separate admission, the landowner is <br /> recruired to provide the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department <br /> and the San Joaquin County Emergency Management Service <br /> Demartment with at least ten (10) days advanced notice; <br /> 3 . This interpretation of Use Permit 93-09 is incorporated <br /> by reference to the terms and conditions of the use permit; and, <br /> 4 .
