Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Steve Connell (Fleet Mechanic). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate is posted in the shop office. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 4.) Manifests were on site and available for review. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to steve.g.connell@pepsico.com. <br /> FILE COPY <br />
