To meet this exemption,a farming business shall: <br /> -annually submit the Hazardous Materials Inventory <br /> -mark each building that stores any pesticides, petroleum fuels and oil,or fertilizers with warning signs <br /> -provide training for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material. <br /> Immediately take all steps to meet the requirements for exemption from filing emergency response procedures,or <br /> log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload emergency response procedures for a release or <br /> threatened release of hazardous materials,including,but not limited to,the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property,or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures,including immediate notice,for the site. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 17 HSC 25507.1 Failed to submit training program when not meeting Ag handler exemption requirements. <br /> This farm business does not meet the requirements for exemption from filing a training plan in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) .
