Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Gregory Frazier(Lead Person). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate is posted in the shop office. <br /> 3.) Manifests were on site and available for review during inspection. <br /> 4.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to greg_frazier@uhaul.com. <br />
