The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports.The incorrect and missing information included the following from all inspection reports: -The question regarding UDC sensor locations was left blank. -Tank and line tightness testing was left blank. During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a minor violation. 307 CCR 2631(g), 2632(c)Monitoring system of the interstitial space of a double walled system not maintained. The 87 annular sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested and,therefore,the tank is not monitored. The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to an audible and visual alarm system. The sensor was cleaned and fixed by the technician. This was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by October 20, 2019.
