(DISTRICT 2) . <br /> APPLICANT: Mery Vater APN: 092-210-11 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 29 feet NGVD. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, <br /> floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps <br /> will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Wigwam Drive has an existing right-of-way width of 84 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for any work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> (The fee currently is $728 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> Warehouse in the Stockton area.
