Highway 4, Stockton <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) The existing public water systems shall conform to the requirements of the Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD), the Department of Public Works, and San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2. <br /> 2) Destroy any abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> 3) The geotechnical borings for the soils report for this expansion were not permitted or <br /> inspected by the EHD. The well driller shall apply for a permit with this department for <br /> geotechnical well drilling 48 hours prior to commencing work and prior to the issuance of <br /> building permits. The well driller shall notify this department at least 48 hours before grouting <br /> takes place to schedule an inspection. Geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit <br /> and inspection by The Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3, 9-1115.4, and 9-1115.6). <br /> The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 4) All Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) must comply with San Joaquin County <br /> Local Agency Management Program (LAMP) and current OWTS standards. <br /> a) No leach line shall be under concrete, pavement, roadway or be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. All waste water disposal fields shall be maintained in an open <br /> area. (San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Standards, Section <br /> 9.5.4). <br /> b) Only domestic sewage is allowed to discharge into the OWTS. No basement, footing or <br /> surface drainage or discharge from water softener, iron filter, pool filters, or water <br /> treatment systems shall be permitted to enter any part of the OWTS (San Joaquin County <br /> OWTS Standards 1.10.1). <br /> c) Prohibited discharges into OWTS include: automobile and garage waste, storm drainage, <br /> solvents and toxics, solids, garbage, kitchen wastewater from restaurant or bar, air <br /> 1868 E.
