District Rule 9410 requires employers with 100 or mora "eligible" <br /> employees at a worksite to establish an Employer Trip Reduction Implementation Plan <br /> (eTRI P) that encourages employees to reduce single-occupancy vehicle trips, thus <br /> reducing pollutant emissions associated with work commutes. Under an eTRIP plan, <br /> employers have the flexibility to select the options that work best for their worksites <br /> and their employees. In the event an existing building will be <br /> renovated, partially demolished or removed, the Project may be subject to District Rule <br /> 4002 (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants).
