Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the <br /> City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, and <br /> pay the applicable fees. <br /> 2. A City of Stockton Type 38 Commercial Driveway not to exceed 25' in width should be <br /> installed, together with sidewalk along the entire site frontage. Further, all off-site <br /> improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications. <br /> 3. The existing gate shall be opened one-hour before all regular business hours, and shall <br /> remain open until one-hour after all regular business hours. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
