e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parldng lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9=1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto pubic thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> f. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6)to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the property line of <br /> APN 117-06048 (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][1]). The masonry wall shall be reduced <br /> to three (3) feet in height twenty (20) feet from the ultimate-right of way of Wilson Way and <br /> Sanguinetti Lane. <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six <br /> (6)to seven (7)feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or <br /> in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][21) <br /> g. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code(public water mains). <br /> (2) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4. Key Boxes: A <br /> knox box shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (3) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume 2, Standard <br /> 10-1. <br /> 2.
