At a minimum, an environmental questionnaire should be submitted to this <br /> 2.1 individual. Any pertinent information related to this report, which may be garnered from this <br /> contact is to be submitted in the requested addendum. If the previous owner cannot be <br /> located or is longer available for an interview, then this is to be stated in the addendum. <br /> 3.1-3.3 A review of EHD records and databases (specifically underground storage tanks) is to be <br /> undertaken for this agricultural property. <br /> This report was not submitted within six months of the land use application (3/05 vs. 5/06). <br /> The applicant is therefore required to submit an updated surface/subsurface report <br /> 5.4 indicating any environmental changes to the subject property that may have occurred since <br /> the submittal of the previous report.
