1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of two parcels, one 146 acre, one 160 acre, located in Linden north of Highway 26 and west of Ospital Road The project is in a farming community and is surrounded by grazing land. It is zoned AG-80. The project parcel numbers / are APN 067-260-03, and 04. 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create two (/ Z) 94 acre parcels and one 116 acre parcel 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). ( '>> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix). 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: 2.1 The present owners, Bill and Sharon Carlson have owned the property for the past 5 years. The past and present use of the property has been grazing land. Immediate future use of the (Z. parcel will be for grazing. 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to divide two parcels into three parcels. There have been no septic systems on this parcel. Permits i were researched and illustrate this fact. 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permit for 2� this parcel. 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: No septic permits have been issued, so no history of septic repair is available for subject parcel. 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage C3, pits. (See permits in Appendix.) 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range in installation dates from 1978 to 2005.
