The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,502.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as service commercial in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (A <br /> credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on or <br /> before April 23, 1990.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $750.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building. <br /> The fee is based on the current schedule)(A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing <br /> development on this site was in operation on or before April 23, 1990.) (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $623.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as service commercial The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.)A credit may be allowed if it can be verified <br /> that the existing development on this site was in operation on or before April 23, 1990.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6.
