(2) A minimum of 8 parking spaces shall be provided, including one(1) accessible space, one of <br /> which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). Two(2 spaces are required for every 1,000 feet of building <br /> area. 0.67spaces are required for every employee.) (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) No inoperable vehicles may be stored on site. <br /> (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty <br /> (20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be'ghown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width no less than twenty-five (25)feet for two way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h] <br /> h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided,.however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Wilson Way shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1020.8) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> j. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six <br /> (6) to seven (7)feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or <br /> in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> k. SIGNS: Sign.details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five(5)feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe).
