I. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> (3) Provide Identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entranceor visible from each space(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (4) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (5) Provide one van parking space. <br /> (6) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R., Tile 24) Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code Table 4-1. <br /> 2.
