Mattu [EH1
Sent: Monday, March 2, 2015 9:13 AM
To: 'riveratruckingl@aol.com'
Hi Judie
I have attached my inspection report to this email. I will also mail a copy to PO BOX 1121 Linden, CA 95236. There were
no violations or areas of concern for this inspection.
CalRecycle (State) passed new regulations regarding recordkeeping. I have attached a handout regarding those
regulations to this email. With the new regulations, records must be kept any time used/waste tires are picked up from
or delivered to the site. This can be in the form of a log showing the date, amount of tires, and name of the
person/company who transported them. A manifest is required when 10 or more used/waste tires are picked up or
delivered. Once you receive a manifest for a pickup/delivery,you do not have to log that pickup/delivery. The manifest
meets recordkeeping requirements. You will only need to log a pickup/delivery when less than 9 used/waste tires are
transported and a manifest is not provided.
If you have any questions or concerns, you can respond to this email, or call me at 209-468-3284.
Thank you,
Harprit S.
