The <br /> property consists of one parcel, Assessors Parcel Number 013-210-29. The current zoning listed <br /> on the San Joaquin County Community Development web site is AG-40. The parcel size is <br /> reported as 9.73 on the San Joaquin County District Viewer (GIS System). Currently the <br /> property consists of two residential buildings, two swimming pools, and a separate steel storage <br /> structure with the remainder of the site planted to vineyards. <br /> /Description of the Proposed Development <br /> The currently proposed development includes creating a bouquet winery on the property. <br /> No plans are currently proposed for additional building construction on the parcel.
