CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 80-055 <br /> FOR <br /> TURNER WINERY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> EFFLUENT MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established for the discharge to the Mokelumne River, <br /> and shall be located where representative samples of that effluent can be obtained. <br /> The following shall constitute the effluent monitoring program: <br /> Minimum Frequency <br /> Constituent Units Type of Sample of Analysis <br /> Total Dissolved mg/l Grab Weekly <br /> Solids <br /> Temperature of Grab Daily <br /> pH Number Grab Daily <br /> Flow gal/day - - Weekly <br /> In addition, the total dissolved solids concentration of the cooling water supply <br /> shall be determined weekly. <br /> If the discharge is intermittent rather than continuous, then on the first day of <br /> each such intermittent discharge, the discharger shall monitor and record data for <br /> all of the parameters listed in the effluent monitoring schedule, after which the <br /> frequencies of analysis listed in the schedule shall apply for the duration of each <br /> such intermittent discharge. In no event shall the discharger be requested to <br /> monitor and record data more often than twice the frequencies listed in the sche- <br /> dule. <br /> The discharger shall implement the above monitoring program within 30 days of the <br /> effective date of this order. <br /> Monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board for each month by the 15th day <br /> of the following month, beginning not later than September 1974. <br /> Ordered by <br /> JAMES A.
