CA0078069 <br /> NOTICE <br /> APPLICATION FOR WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> (National Pollutant' Discharge Elimination System Permit) <br /> FOR <br /> LODI VINTNERS, LDT. <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Lodi Vintners, Ltd. , 3750 East Woodbridge Road, Acampo, CA 95220, <br /> has filed a Report of Waste Discharge and applied for requirements <br /> for the discharge of wastes. <br /> Lodi Vintners, Ltd. , produces various industrial wastes which result <br /> from processing grapes. These industrial wastes consist of spent <br /> still slops, cooling and clean-up water, and other solid residues. <br /> Only the cooling water will be discharged to the Mokelumne River. <br /> On the basis of preliminary staff review and application of lawful <br /> standards and regulations, the California Regional Water Quality Con- <br /> trol Board, Central Valley Region, proposes to issue waste discharge <br /> requirements including effluent limitations and special conditions. <br /> Persons wishing to comment upon or object to the proposed discharge <br /> requirements are invited to submit same in writing to the Regional <br /> Board no later than 25 April 1974 All comments or ob- <br /> jections received prior to the above date will be considered in the <br /> formulation of final determinations regarding the waste discharge. <br /> Ii no objections are received, the Regional Board w411 issue discharge <br /> requirements . A public hearing will be held upon request of any in- <br /> terested. person. <br /> The Report of Waste Discharge, related documents , comments received, <br /> and other information is on file and may be inspected or copied at <br /> 3201 S Street, Sacramento, during normal working hours, <br /> J S A.
