Wales Way <br /> Elk Grove, CA 95758-9518 <br /> Re: Illegal Dumping at 3750 E. Woodbridge Road, Lodi, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division made an inspection of the above mentioned address, <br /> on November 16, 1998, following a complaint alleging illegal dumping at this site. The results of that <br /> inspection indicate that there has been dumping at this site which is in violation of State and County <br /> Regulations including but not limited to: <br /> 1. Public Resources Code(PRC), Sections 45000,45005, and 45011. <br /> 2. California Code of Regulations(CCR),Title 27, Sections 20680,20810, and 20870. <br /> 3. San Joaquin County Ordinance(SJCO)No. 2887,Chapter 4, Section 5-2400; Accumulation of <br /> refuse, waste and filth prohibited, Section 5-2401; Disposal on site, Chapter 6, Section 5-2600; <br /> Disposal Area Permit Required. <br /> San Joaquin County has the authority pursuant to Public Resources Code 45000,45005 and 45011 to <br /> order the property owner to cease and desist any improper action,and to take corrective action to correct <br /> the aforementioned violations following a time schedule established by the San Joaquin County, Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division, for the site to be brought into compliance. <br /> Cease and desist any further unauthorized disposal of wastes either above or below the surface of the <br /> ground on said property.
