Sweeso, Senior Enforcement Officer Re: Lodi Vintners; 3750 East Woodbridge Road, Acampo This property is owned by L & S Winger Trust et al, 15353 Clementia Circle, Rancho Murieta, CA 95683 , and is described as an 18 . 10 acre parcel, zoned AG-20, APN 013-220-07, and is used for the operation of a business under the name of Lodi Vintners. This case began on 5-25-93, with a Stop Work Notice being posted on the property and a letter sent to the owners advising them of an illegal grading and land fill operation being conducted on the property with an entrance off of Winery Road. An inspection of the property revealed the dumping of a large amount of concrete and asphalt rubble including some with rebar attached and the dumping of grape vines. Some of the dumping occurred in old holding ponds on the rear of the property and some occurred on the rear grounds areas behind the buildings and in front of the ponds. Attached is a chronological record of the activities on this property. Dave Irey has made inquiries of this department regarding the illegal dumping activities. The violations on this property are as follows: 1. Section 9-1905 . 3 County Ordinance Code to wit: Permitting or maintaining a public nuisance by operation of a landfill not permitted. 2 . Section 3306 Uniform Building Code to wit: No grading permit. 3 . Section 9-1905. 3 County Ordinance Code to wit: Permitting or maintaining a public nuisance by storage of trash, junk and concrete and asphalt recycling not permitted.
