Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Matt Duce(General Manager). <br /> 2.) TPID certificate is posted in the main office. <br /> 3.) No activity observed on WTMS. Facility was given the Waste Tire Receipt and Record keeping Sheet,California Waste <br /> Tire Laws and Regulations, Unregistered Hauler&Comprehensive Trip log Substitution form,and the Waste Tire Facility Permit <br /> Exclusion Notification form.Facility was advised that when using an unregistered waste tire hauler to remove 9 or less waste tires a <br /> log must be kept to document removal of waste or used tires,type of tires,and dates of removal.Facility was also advise that if a <br /> registered waste tire hauler was use to remove the waste tires they must obtain a manifest from the hauler. <br /> 4.) Waste tires were counted directly. Facility is a truck stop area and only generated waste tires when <br /> people illegally dump tires on the site. <br /> 5.) Retain all was tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.)
