OLIVE AVENUE (APN 157-210-28) In response to your letter received March 14, 2019, copy attached, City staff from the Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water service to the subject property, which is located outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as a result of that review'. Community Development Department The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to the City of Stockton's General Plan. The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. Municipal Utilities Department- Sanitary Sewer The subject parcel is within the City's Sanitary Sewer Collection System No. 4 and is not connected to the City sewer. The point of connection is the existing sewer main in N. Olive Ave. Municipal Utilities Department- Storm Sewer l he subject parcel is not served by a City storm sewer system. Please contact the San Joaquin County Public Works Department at (209) 468-3000 for information regarding storm drainage. Municipal Utilities Department-Water Service The subject parcel is not within the City of Stockton's Water System. Please contact the California Water Service Company at (209) 547-7900 for information regarding water t:` service.
