The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br /> d. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> e. Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> f. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> g. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> h. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> i. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to the issuance of any building permits or the <br /> beginning of any construction. <br /> 5 . AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The project shall implement the District' s fugitive dust <br /> control measures and ozone emission measures during <br /> construction. <br /> b. The applicant shall notify the District in writing with <br /> respect to the actual date of construction/grading one <br /> week prior to these activities . <br /> C. Adequate records of mitigation measures shall be <br /> maintained and provided to the Air Pollution Control <br /> District upon demand. <br />
