The site is physically suitable for the type of development. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the site is relatively <br /> flat and can accommodate the, 27 lots as proposed. <br /> 4 . The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of <br /> development. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the tentative <br /> F subdivision map illustrates that the site can accommodate <br /> , 27 lots. Public water, sewer, and storm drainage will be <br /> provided to support the number of units proposed, and <br /> each lot in the proposed subdivision will meet the width, <br /> area, and setback requirements specified in the R1-8 <br /> zone. <br /> 5 . The design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are <br /> not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or <br /> substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their <br /> habitat. <br /> • This Finding can be made because no adverse environmental <br /> effects have been identified in the analysis of this <br /> project. <br /> i <br /> j 6 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is <br /> not likely to cause serious public health problems. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the subdivision design <br /> and improvements are required to meet County standards. <br /> + The proposed subdivision will be served by public water, <br /> sewer, and storm drainage systems.
