Box 2009 Stockton, California 4 - bear Mr. Carls, Please find enclosed for your review the revised work plan for the installation of three ground water monitoring wells at the Ragu Foods, Inc. facility in Stockton, California. We have addressed all of the comments you verbally relayed to Paul Sundberg, However, we have suggested that any additional soil ;boring work be conducted after we have evaluated the data collected from the execution of the existing work plan. As noted in the work plan, specific recommendations for this, and any other work, will be included in the final report issued for the site. At your request, we have forwarded a copy of the wore plan to Mr. Gordon Boggs of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board. In order facilitate communication between all of the Participating parties, we requested that he direct his comments directly to you, with the understanding that you would send them along with your comments to us. We can then inform our client, Ragu Foods, Inc. , of any and all developments. in this way, everyone receives current information in a timely and orderly fashion. Of course, any revisions and reports we make will be sent directly to both you and Mr. Beggs, unless otherwise indicated by either you or Hr. Boggs. If you do not feel this is an appropriate or feasible system, then do not hesitate to contact me directly.
