2.0 Responsibilities i 2-1 All Personnel Each person is responsible for their own health and safety, for completing tasks in a safe manner and for reporting any unsafe acts or conditions to his/her supervisor and the Project Field Coordinator All IT employees, subcontractors and visitors on-site are responsible for continuous adherence to health and safety procedures during the performance of any site field work on this project In no case may work be performed in a manner which conflicts with the intent of, or the inherent safety precautions expressed in this HASP After due warning, persons who violate procedure and work rules may be dismissed from the site, terminated, or have their contract revoked Blatant disregard or repeated infractions of health and safety policies are grounds for immediate dismissal and/or removal from the work area. All TT and subcontractor personnel are required to read and acknowledge their understanding of this HASP All project personnel are expected to abide by the requirements of this HASP and cooperate with project management in ensuring a safe and healthful work site Site personnel are required to immediately report any of the following to the Project Field Coordinator • Accidents and injuries, no matter how minor. • Unexpected or uncontrolled release of chemical substances • Any signs or symptoms of chemical exposure • Any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment • Any changes in site conditions which may affect the health and safety of project personnel 2.2 Project Manager The Project Manager (PM) has overall responsibility for the health and safe of all �° ty safety personnel on the project His responsibility with regard to health and safety is to maintain company policy and resolve health and safety issues with the assistance and guidance of the Project HS Representative The PM will provide the Project HS Representative with the company name M7/11-29-94/RHS/NASP/94-0037 JAF 2-1
