2.0 Responsibilities <br /> i <br /> 2-1 All Personnel <br /> Each person is responsible for their own health and safety, for completing tasks in a safe <br /> manner and for reporting any unsafe acts or conditions to his/her supervisor and the Project <br /> Field Coordinator All IT employees, subcontractors and visitors on-site are responsible for <br /> continuous adherence to health and safety procedures during the performance of any site field <br /> work on this project In no case may work be performed in a manner which conflicts with <br /> the intent of, or the inherent safety precautions expressed in this HASP After due warning, <br /> persons who violate procedure and work rules may be dismissed from the site, terminated, or <br /> have their contract revoked Blatant disregard or repeated infractions of health and safety <br /> policies are grounds for immediate dismissal and/or removal from the work area. <br /> All TT and subcontractor <br /> personnel are required to read and acknowledge their understanding <br /> of this HASP All project personnel are expected to abide by the requirements of this HASP <br /> and cooperate with project management in ensuring a safe and healthful work site Site <br /> personnel are required to immediately report any of the following to the Project Field <br /> Coordinator <br /> • Accidents and injuries, no matter how minor. <br /> • Unexpected or uncontrolled release of chemical substances <br /> • Any signs or symptoms of chemical exposure <br /> • Any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment <br /> • Any changes in site conditions which may affect the health and safety of project <br /> personnel <br /> 2.2 Project Manager <br /> The Project Manager (PM) has overall responsibility for the health and safe of all <br /> �° ty safety personnel <br /> on the project His responsibility with regard to health and safety is to maintain company <br /> policy and resolve health and safety issues with the assistance and guidance of the Project HS <br /> Representative The PM will provide the Project HS Representative with the company name <br /> M7/11-29-94/RHS/NASP/94-0037 JAF <br /> 2-1 <br />
