RICHARD W. EICHENBERGER, the District Attorney of the <br />County of San Joaquin, is authorized, pursuant to §25182 of the <br />Health and Safety Code, to commence a civil action under Chapter <br />6.5 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code at the request of <br />the Department. A copy of the request is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit 111". <br />4. RICHARD W. EICHENBERGER, the District Attorney of the <br />County of San Joaquin, is authorized, pursuant to §42403 of the <br />Health and Safety Code, to commence a civil action to recover <br />civil penalties for violations of the California Air Pollution <br />Control Laws or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant <br />thereto. <br />5. RICHARD W. EICHENBERGER, the District Attorney of the <br />County of San Joaquin, is authorized, pursuant to §517204 and <br />2. <br />
