Those acts particularly alleged in <br />paragraphs 27 through 27b of this complaint, incor- <br />porated hereby reference as if set forth in full; <br />ii. Violating §§410 and 412 as set forth in <br />Exhibit 2 at #1 - #20. Each date on which a viola- <br />tion occurred is considered a separate and distinct <br />violation. <br />d) Violations of the Stockton Municipal Code: <br />i. The requirements of the "Uniform Fire Code," <br />1982 Edition including "Uniform Fire Code <br />Standards," 1982 Edition and Appendices I -A, I -B, <br />II -C, II -D, III -A, III -B, V-A, VI -A, thereto, have <br />been adopted by the City of Stockton in the Stockton <br />Municipal Code 54-001. <br />14. <br />
